Our on-site Terms & Conditions:
1. Scooter should be dropped off at agreed date and time (booked in advance only).
2. Customer receives estimate after free of charge examination (usually within 48 hours).
3. Customer has to agree and approve provided estimate before we can start repair.
4. If we cannot carry out and complete the work due to non-availability of parts or a delay in their delivery for period longer than 7 days, customer would have to collect scooter and store it on his own premises or pay storage fee of £5 per day.
5. Customer is required to collect repaired scooter within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of concluded repair. Delay in collection would occur extra storage fee of £5 per day, unless agreed otherwise at the time of drop off.
6. If customer won't accept estimate, repair would not commence and scooter has to be collected by owner or dedicated person within 24 hours unless agreed at the time of drop off. Delay in collection would occur storage fee of £5 per day.
7. Scooters not collected within 14 days from day of “ready to collect” notice (text (or) WhatsApp (or) email), would be disposed with no compensation to the customer.
8. All immobilising devices (key ignition, fingerprint scanner, alarm , immobiliser) can only be replaced on provision of legitimate proof of purchase or ownership.
